Social Media Visibility – Ensure visibility on Chain Social Media Handles during important launches, sales seasons, and throughout the year
Focus on regional chains' growth by creating differentiated promotions rather than the national Chains
Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, Driving multiple visibility spaces, and Achieving the monthly Target)
Ensure Process orientation initiatives to increase market share with developing the team to deliver the set objectives and monitor the effectiveness of the same on a regular basis
Standardization of existing processes and preparation of new SOP's
Working with GTM, PSS, Retail & other departments at HO and State level for Planning and execution of new Launches, Consumer Promotion, incremental space /Volume on regular intervals
