Manager/Senior Manager - Modern Trade

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Will be the first Contact Point from vivo HO for MT Partners & State Company
  • Support States in ensuring the Partners Deliver Volume, Value, Business & Profitability against ASP (Annual Sales Planning) for the Chain by location
  • Sales & Marketing Plan + Budgeting – Yearly, Quarterly & Monthly
  • Support States & Monitor planning and execution of monthly promotion with creativity at each store on alignment with Marketing and Retail team
  • Visibility in Modern Trade is a key factor. Ensure alignment between Chains, State & HO to get the best visibility
  • Review of business with Chains, store team, Category Manager, and States on driving the category with their support every Month
  • Drive Market share at each of the stores in the state (Need deep dive intervention)
  • Have periodic review on the progress of Business - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, with regular update to the immediate Manager and MT Head on sales trends, Market developments, and competition
  • Stock planning & Allocation Support management from HO for every Chain
  • Forecasting, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share
  • Social Media Visibility – Ensure visibility on Chain Social Media Handles during important launches, sales seasons, and throughout the year
  • Focus on regional chains' growth by creating differentiated promotions rather than the national Chains
  • Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, Driving multiple visibility spaces, and Achieving the monthly Target)
  • Ensure Process orientation initiatives to increase market share with developing the team to deliver the set objectives and monitor the effectiveness of the same on a regular basis
  • Standardization of existing processes and preparation of new SOP's
  • Working with GTM, PSS, Retail & other departments at HO and State level for Planning and execution of new Launches, Consumer Promotion, incremental space /Volume on regular intervals
  • Pre & post sales tracking & analysis of promotion effectiveness
