Managing Associate Dentist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Managing Associate General Dentist to lead our clinical team while delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys mentoring, collaborating with leadership, and helping drive practice growth while maintaining a strong clinical schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
• Lead and mentor associate dentists and clinical team members
• Collaborate with the Office Manager and leadership on daily operations and clinical workflows
• Support treatment planning and case presentations to improve patient acceptance
• Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and adherence to best practices
• Assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback for clinical staff
• Help drive practice growth, patient satisfaction, and team culture

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Previous leadership, mentorship, or managing dentist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
