Key Responsibilities
● Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to attorneys within the Dallas office.
● Manage and maintain an active docket of personal injury cases.
● Oversee case strategy and ensure high-quality representation for clients.
● Conduct jury trials and deliver successful outcomes.
● Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure operational and legal excellence.
● Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth.
Requirements
● 15+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience (20+ years preferred).
● Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law (mandatory).
● Proven record of 10+ jury trials to verdict.
● Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with the ability to supervise and
develop a team of attorneys.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both personal and team caseloads.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
