Managing Attorney - New Jersey

Job Description
Tromberg, Miller, Morris & Partners is a growing creditor practice in eight jurisdictions. This position for Managing Attorney will be to run the NJ default practice and work to continue growing our New Jersey presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and attorneys.
• Oversee the drafting and maintenance of procedures.
• Ensure NJ practice is in compliance with state and local rules
• Communicate effectively with associate attorneys, staff and clients
• Maintain client compliance and oversee scorecards.
• Assist in working legal matters and caseload.

Experience
The successful candidate will possess:

• New Jersey default experience of 7 plus years.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task a large number of matters at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of honesty and ethics as an officer of the court
• Willingness to seek to fulfil our clients’ needs in a consumer-friendly fashion.
• NJ Bar License required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
