In this role you will play a key role in
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement corporate strategies, define vision/mission, and guide policy formulation with the executive team.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure operational effectiveness, resource allocation, risk management, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison with the Board, investors, key partners, and the public, maintaining strong relationships.
- Innovation & Change: Drive transformation, foster innovation, and lead change management initiatives.
- Talent & Culture: Advise on leadership development, high-performing teams, and shaping a strong corporate culture.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose complex business issues and provide actionable solutions for operations, strategy, or personnel.
