Managing Director

We are looking for a proactive and passionate senior management talent for a car dealership to manage our marketing team in Saudi Arabia. As the top leader driving our business expansion, you will achieve business goals through marketing operations, developing and managing distributor channels, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives in the Saudi market. This position requires a strategic and proactive person with a deep understanding of the local automotive industry and a commitment to contributing to the success of a leading global new energy vehicle technology company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Realize the commercial goals of BYD brands in Saudi Arabia. Drive sales growth of car models while being responsible for local sales performance.
• Lead and supervise the implementation of BYD commercial policies, and create a good customer experience in all channels.
• Manage business growth from an omni-channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
• Always keep in mind the end customers. Understand their needs and collaborate with our selected partners to exceed their expectations.
• Establish a high-quality network of partners and distributors to achieve Saudi Arabia's business goals.
• Lead BYD own brand marketing business in Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to advertising placement, marketing activities, etc.
• Become the spokesperson for BYD brand through industry and key media.
• Recruit, guide, and motivate the team. Cultivate talents and actively lead performance improvement plans.
• Provide relevant market insights, customer feedback, and channels internally.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Communication and interpersonal skills on all levels including international.
• Positive, integrity, and passionate, no record of non-compliance throughout personal career.
• A minimum of 15 years' experience in the automotive industry with at least 5 years serving as Deputy General Manager or higher within prominent dealers in Saudi Arabia.
• Possess unique insights into the Saudi Arabian automotive market along with expertise in planning innovative marketing activities that resonate well with local consumers.
