Managing Director

We are seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and full P&L oversight for our real estate investment operations. This role is responsible for driving investment strategy, maximizing investor returns, ensuring capital safety, and expanding the firm's portfolio and market presence in the UAE. The position reports to the Board or Principal Investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the firm's overall strategic vision, growth plans, and annual business objectives.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and management of high-return real estate investment opportunities across the UAE.
• Hold full P&L responsibility, including setting budgets, financial forecasting, and implementing performance metrics to ensure profitability and investor satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth investors, institutional clients, developers, banks, and government entities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team across investment, sales, and operations functions.
• Oversee the firm's investment committees, approving all major acquisitions, divestments, and capital allocations.
• Ensure all investment activities and fund management comply with UAE regulations and the highest standards of corporate governance.
• Represent the firm at senior industry events, in media, and as the public face of the brand.
• Analyze market trends and economic data to adjust strategy and identify new asset classes or geographies for investment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate investment, private equity, or asset management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, Partner, Head of).
• Proven, demonstrable track record of successfully raising capital, building a real estate investment portfolio, and delivering strong financial returns in the UAE/GCC market.
• Deep and established network of relationships with investors, developers, and key industry players in the UAE real estate sector.
• Expert knowledge of real estate finance, investment structuring, joint ventures, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
