Role Overview

The Managing Director Lead will be responsible for setting the company’s vision, managing operations, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic insight, and the ability to align organizational goals with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operations.
• Oversee daily management of manufacturing, supply chain, and business functions.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance, reporting to the board of directors.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Mentor and guide senior managers to achieve organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing leadership, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, supply chain management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
