The project:

Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new-build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

Leads PMO and project controls delivery across commissions and hubs, driving best-in-class service and team performance. Acts as subject matter expert, promoting Mace’s reputation through industry engagement, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and delivery remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with strategic goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leads PMO and project controls strategy and delivery across commissions and hubs.
• Acts as subject matter expert, guiding cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.
• Builds trusted client relationships and mentors high-performing teams.
• Aligns delivery with Mace Control Centre, driving innovation, compliance and sustainability.

You’ll need to have:

• Chartered status and relevant degree.
• Extensive PMO and project controls leadership experience.
• Expert in tools, data analytics, and reporting.
• Deep sector knowledge and industry engagement.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
