Managing Director (BMS System Integrator)

We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead our organization through its next phase of growth. As a top-tier BMS system integrator, we deliver high-value, technically complex projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments. We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader with deep experience in the BMS domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Leadership & P&L Ownership
• Lead the company’s overall strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Large Project Acquisition & Delivery
• Drive and close large-scale BMS projects; oversee end-to-end delivery of technically complex solutions with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Team Management & Capability Building
• Lead, mentor, and scale technical, project, and commercial teams; establish high-performance culture and delivery excellence.
• OEM & Partner Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with leading OEMs; drive joint go-to-market initiatives and maintain favorable commercial terms.
• Operational Excellence
• Strengthen processes for project delivery, quality assurance, commissioning, and service operations.
• Market & Client Engagement
• Represent the company with key customers, drive market intelligence, and support long-term business development.

Required Experience

• 12–18+ years of experience in Building Management Systems , automation, controls, or related building technologies.
• Proven success in closing and executing large BMS projects (multi-million value).
• Strong track record of running profitable P&L , resource planning, and operational leadership.
• Deep understanding of BMS architectures, integration frameworks, and OEM ecosystems.
• Established relationships with major OEMs (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium, etc.).
• Experience leading medium-to-large technical delivery teams.
