Overview

It’s a co-founder-level partnership — an opportunity to build and lead your own investment-banking or capital-advisory firm, fully backed by Palmstone Group, a global financial-services and venture-building platform.

Palmstone provides the systems, infrastructure, and operations — including CRM, automation, investor databases, and marketing.

You’ll step into a ready-to-go pipeline of warm leads — founders and business owners who’ve already responded positively to our services.

Your role is to lead conversations, convert interest into paid mandates, and scale the firm, with Palmstone’s full operational backing.

This is ideal for a commercially-minded operator who wants to own equity, lead deals, and build a firm — without the need to start from scratch or set up infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm leads (founders and CEOs who’ve already expressed interest).
  • Lead discovery and qualification calls, understand funding or M&A needs, and guide clients through our advisory process.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into signed engagement mandates.
  • Oversee client relationships and transaction execution, supported by you, as well as Palmstone’s analysts and investor-relations systems.
  • Build and manage your own team of originators, analysts, and associates as the firm scales.
  • Collaborate with Palmstone’s investor network across family offices, funds, and strategic buyers.
  • Drive revenue and firm growth with full operational autonomy inside an established platform

Compensation

  • Equity stake in the company you build (performance-based vesting).
  • Engagement and success fees from the mandates you close.

  • No fixed salary — this is for entrepreneurial operators who want ownership and upside, not employment.

Who You Are

  • 3–7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or related advisory work.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market deal processes, valuations, investor communications, and client management.
  • Proven commercial ability – comfortable selling complex advisory services and converting interest into signed mandates.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – can build trust quickly with founders, investors, and internal teams.
  • High professional credibility; articulate, confident, and persuasive.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, structured in execution but motivated by autonomy and ownership.
  • You combine the mindset of a banker with the closing instinct of a dealmaker – focused on results, not hierarchy.
  • You want to build something substantial, not merely manage an existing book.
