Job Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in heritage conservation, urban planning, or cultural resource management, with at least 8 years in an executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale heritage revitalization projects from conceptualization to completion, demonstrating the ability to balance stakeholder interests and budgetary constraints.
- Extensive knowledge of local, national, and international heritage policies, regulations, and best practices in conservation and revitalization.
- Strong grasp of financial management principles, including the development and oversight of multi-million dollar budgets, grant writing, and fundraising for heritage initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to create measurable long-term impact, foster innovation and leverage technology for heritage site management.

Job Responsibilities
