Managing Director – Industrial Valve Manufacturing

A fast-growing international industrial group is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead and scale one of its key manufacturing plants in Saudi Arabia.

The site specializes in the manufacturing of valves and technical equipment for the Oil & Gas sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Full leadership of a manufacturing site undergoing major expansion.
• Full P&L ownership : financial management, revenue growth, operational optimization, and strong corporate finance acumen.
• Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
• Implement world-class manufacturing practices and structured processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Lead mid- and long-term investment projects (new production lines, capacity increase, modernization).
• Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASME).
• Maintain structured and regular reporting to Group HQ.

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment manufacturing (mandatory) : valves, pumps, pressure equipment, or similar highly engineered products.
• Strong background in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector .
• Full P&L ownership at plant or business unit level.
• Strong corporate finance skills : budgeting, financial planning & analysis, investment evaluation, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Solid operational experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory) .
• Fluent English required; Arabic highly appreciated.
• 20+ years of industrial leadership experience.
