Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director (MD) to lead SM Studios, overseeing all aspects of business operations, strategic growth, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with leadership experience, capable of driving the company’s vision, ensuring operational efficiency, financial growth, and excellence in design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for SM Studios.
• Oversee business development, financial planning, and operational management.
• Foster client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
• Ensure projects are executed to the highest standards and delivered on time.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and technical staff.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in interior architecture and design, with leadership experience.
• Proven experience in managing high-profile design projects and leading teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive company growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry regulations in Oman is an advantage.
