Managing Director - Sustainability & Energy Advisory

About the Role:

Kinetics Group is looking for a Managing Director to lead and grow our sustainability and energy advisory firm. The role involves driving business growth and providing strategic advice on energy efficiency, ESG, net-zero strategies, and sustainable building performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and growth of the consultancy.
• Develop business strategies and secure sustainability projects at early design stages.
• Advise clients on sustainable energy systems, green buildings, and ESG compliance.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of 5–10 sustainability specialists.
• Oversee project delivery, financial performance, and compliance with regional regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sustainability, Energy Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years in sustainability or energy consulting, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, Net Zero, LEED, Estidama, and energy-efficient systems.
