Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations
• Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and progress
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning abilities
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to students and collaborate with staff
