About Our Family

We are a warm, active Miami family looking for a reliable, nurturing, and organized Mandarin-speaking nanny to become a consistent and trusted presence in our home. This is more than a childcare role — you will be an integral part of our family's daily rhythm, supporting our child's growth, language development, and well-being while helping maintain a smooth and harmonious household.

We take our home environment seriously. We value professionalism, follow-through, and a genuine can-do attitude. If you're someone who takes initiative, follows instructions without needing reminders, and shows up every day with warmth and consistency — we want to meet you.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 2:00PM–7:00PM (with occasional flexibility as needed)

Daily Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared every day
• Drop off and pick up our child from school
• Develop and maintain a structured daily schedule tailored to our child and family's needs
• Prepare daily meals — rice, vegetables, protein, and simple nourishing food
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean, tidy home throughout your shift
• Handle family laundry — wash, fold, and put everything away neatly
• Keep a weekly running list of household supplies that need to be replenished
• Support our child's Mandarin language development through natural, consistent conversation

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Mandarin speaker — required. Native speaker strongly preferred
• Proven experience working with school-age children
• Strong cooking skills — comfortable preparing simple, healthy, home-cooked meals
• Valid U.S. driver's license — must be comfortable driving our child daily
• Green card or U.S. citizenship required — visa holders will not be considered
• Highly dependable, punctual, and self-directed
• Respectful of household structure, family privacy, and personal boundaries
• Takes initiative and follows through on instructions consistently
• Warm, patient, and genuinely nurturing with children
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Can-do attitude — willing to go above and beyond without being asked

Compensation

• Competitive daily rate based on experience
• Live-in arrangement available for the right candidate
