About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mandarin‑speaking Luxury Property Consultant to join our high‑performing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of the UAE luxury property market, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients from China and other Mandarin‑speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Provide expert guidance on luxury developments, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and developers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns targeting Mandarin‑speaking audiences.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of client service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
