As our Chinese luxury‑investor segment continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Mandarin‑speaking Luxury Property Consultant to represent our exclusive listings and deliver a world‑class advisory experience to Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote luxury properties to high‑net‑worth Mandarin‑speaking clients and international investors
• Conduct private property tours, lifestyle‑driven presentations, and tailored investment consultations
• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, UHNW individuals, and premium buyers
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, community insights, and Abu Dhabi market trends
• Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and returning clients
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with luxury market expectations and cultural nuances

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in luxury real estate, premium sales, or high‑end client services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with UHNW and international clients
• Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is an advantage
