We are expanding our international client portfolio and seeking a dynamic Mandarin‑speaking Off‑Plan Specialist to join our high‑performing team.

Role Overview

The Mandarin‑Speaking Off‑Plan Specialist will focus on advising and assisting Mandarin‑speaking investors interested in Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan real estate market. This role requires strong communication skills, deep market understanding, and the ability to build long‑term relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and support Mandarin‑speaking clients throughout the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to property handover.
  • Present and promote off‑plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and investment consultations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, project launches, payment plans, and investment incentives.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in alignment with company standards and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admin, sales) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in off‑plan or investment‑focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market; Abu Dhabi experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong client‑relationship skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
