Role Overview

The position focuses on advising Mandarin‑speaking buyers and investors on Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan (new‑development) property market. It requires strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle while delivering a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide Mandarin‑speaking and English‑speaking clients through purchasing off‑plan residential and investment properties.
• Conduct project presentations, virtual tours, and tailored consultations for Chinese‑speaking clients.
• Explain payment plans, handover timelines, developer reputations, and investment returns clearly and accurately.
• Translate property information, documents, and communication between Mandarin and English when needed.
• Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a strong off‑plan sales pipeline.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Stay informed on new launches, exclusive allocations, pricing updates, and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and developer launches.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in off‑plan real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Cultural awareness and confidence working with Chinese‑speaking clients.
