Job Description: Mandarin‑Speaking Real Estate Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a fluent Mandarin‑speaking Real Estate Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on supporting Chinese‑speaking buyers and investors, providing clear communication, cultural understanding, and a smooth property‑buying experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
  • Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English during meetings, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Conduct property tours, consultations, and market briefings tailored to Chinese‑speaking clients.
  • Advise clients on pricing, communities, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company‑provided channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in real estate sales or property consulting in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
