Job Title: Manicure & Pedicure specialist

Reports to: Salon Manager / Spa Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services in a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and maintains the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Services: Perform a variety of services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylic/gel/dip powder nail extensions, and custom nail art based on client preferences.

Nail Care & Consultation: Evaluate the condition of clients' nails, advise them on proper nail care, and recommend suitable treatments and designs.

Sanitation & Safety: Sanitize all tools and equipment before and after each client.

Ensure workstations are kept clean and orderly, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED. Completion of a state-approved nail technician or cosmetology program.

Skills:

Expertise in modern manicure and pedicure techniques and nail trends.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Creativity and an eye for detail for nail art and design.

Strong understanding of sanitation and sterilization practices.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment :

You will typically work in a SPA

The role requires sitting for extended periods and using fine motor skills for detailed work.

Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are often required to meet client needs.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
