Job Summary:
The Manpower Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s manpower affairs functions, including strategy management of the department and what related to air ticketing, banking, medical insurance, and inbound/outbound operations. This role ensures that all manpower-related activities align with the organization's goals and comply with applicable regulations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
Manpower Affairs Strategy Development

Develop and implement a comprehensive manpower affairs strategy that supports organizational objectives.

Establish policies and procedures for all manpower-related functions to ensure consistency and compliance.

Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance manpower affairs operations.
Air Ticketing Management

Oversee the air ticketing process ensuring efficient booking and travel arrangements operations.

Negotiate contracts with travel agencies and airlines to secure favorable rates and services for the organization.

Develop and implement policies regarding travel documentation and compliance with airline regulations.
Banking Services Administration

Manage relationships with banking partners to facilitate all the financial services .

Ensure the organization’s banking processes are efficient and secure, providing necessary support.

Oversee the implementation of financial policies related to the banking transactions and reimbursements.
Medical Insurance Administration

Oversee the management of medical insurance programs ensuring comprehensive coverage and compliance with regulations.

Evaluate and negotiate insurance plans with providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.

Develop communication materials about medical insurance options and benefits.
In- & Outbound Administration

Supervise the inbound and outbound administration processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for the manpower, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Develop and implement procedures for managing manpower records and documentation related to manpower affairs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications in human resources is a plus.
Knowledge and Experiences:
15+ years of experience in human resources or manpower management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing air ticketing, banking, and insurance functions.
Skills:
Language: English (Fluent).
Computer: Proficiency in HR management software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
