Manpower Mobilization operation Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

Ensure the contract plan is executed in accordance with the contract,

scope of work, Client requirements, corporate practices, and project

procedures.

Ensure the outsourced staff compliance with Company policies and

procedures and health requirements.

Ensure the outsourced staff compliance with personal hygiene,

uniform, and PPE requirements.

Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings and ensure

the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions.

Submit a monthly progress report, aligned with the updated costs

and forecasts.

Develop and maintain the Client relationship, ensuring requirements

are met throughout the project.

Leads the contract lifecycle management.

Keeps track of important contract dates etc.

Mitigates common contract management risks, such as financial,

legal, and security risks.

Visits all work sites and meets with business partners.

Ensures that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives.

Skills and

Qualifications

Attention to details.

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Capable of introducing creative problem-solving abilities.

Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project management, time

management, and organization skills.

Learns new skills and software quickly.

Degree in business administration, or related field.

Has a valid Driving license.

Preferred Fluent in Arabic & English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
