Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative Jewellery Designer with expertise in creating exceptional designs for lab-grown diamond jewelry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design trends, materials, and customer preferences and will collaborate with various teams to bring unique concepts to life while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design Concept Development:
○ Generate innovative design concepts based on market trends and customer preferences. ○ Produce detailed sketches and illustrations to visualize ideas.

● CAD Collaboration:
○ Work with CAD designers to translate hand sketches into detailed models.
○ Conduct reviews of prototypes and CAD models to ensure alignment with design specifications.

● Material Selection & Research:
○ Select appropriate materials, considering aesthetics, durability, and ethical considerations.
○ Stay informed about advancements in jewelry materials and integrate them into designs.

● Prototyping & Iteration:
○ Collaborate with the product development team to create and refine prototypes.
○ Iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with creative vision.

● Trend Analysis & Collaboration:
○ Stay updated on industry trends and use findings to enhance designs.
○ Collaborate with gemologists and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

● Communication & Presentation:
○ Participate in design reviews and effectively present concepts to internal teams.
○ Ensure designs align with marketing and product development objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from reputed institutions like NID, NIFT, or IIGJ.
● Proficiency in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix).
● Proven experience in jewelry design, preferably with lab-grown diamonds.
● Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes.
● Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with practical considerations.
● Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of experience in jewelry design.
● Knowledge of tools such as Corel or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,200.00 - ₹48,948.22 per month
