Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about quality assurance and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications

• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools

• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues

• Ensure product quality before release

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Manual Testing

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC

• Experience in functional, regression, and system testing

• Good understanding of bug life cycle

• Hands-on experience with test case documentation

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

• Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing is a plus

Experience: 2+ years (Customer Success in a tech-based product)
