Role Overview

We are hiring a Manufacturing Accountant with strong hands-on experience in inventory accounting and production cost tracking.

This role is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy across production workflows, inventory movement, and stock valuation across multiple fashion brands.

You will work directly with production and operations teams to ensure all inventory and manufacturing data is accurately recorded and controlled.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory accounting (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
• Track production costs and reconcile actual vs expected costs
• Maintain accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting
• Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy
• Work closely with production and sourcing teams daily
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
• Maintain financial and inventory data in Zoho systems
• Support operational reporting and production efficiency analysis
• Ensure proper cost allocation across products and brands

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or inventory accounting (MANDATORY)
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock valuation, and COGS
• Experience in production-based or product-based businesses preferred
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory (REQUIRED)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with operations teams
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
