Manufacturing Associate

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual for the position of Warehouse and Production Assistant, who will support daily operations in both the warehouse and the gummy manufacturing area. This role combines logistical tasks with production support for gummy-format supplements. It is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Warehouse Functions

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and restocking.
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks or other basic material-handling equipment.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation for dispatches.

Production Support

• Help weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients for gummy batches.
• Assist in manufacturing: depositing, demolding, drying, and coating gummies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Package gummies in bottles, bags, or other formats according to specifications.
• Collaborate in quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (minimum).
• Previous experience in warehousing or in food/supplement production is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Work Environment:

• Production facility with temperature-controlled areas.
• Exposure to sweet aromas, food ingredients, and light machinery.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required during production.
