Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support daily production activities in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves product manufacturing, packaging, equipment cleaning, material handling, and following FDA/cGMP guidelines.

Candidates with experience in cleanroom environments, aseptic techniques, and manufacturing are preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in FDA regulated or cGMP environment preferred
• Experience working in cleanroom environments and using aseptic techniques preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and package products in a cleanroom environment
• Follow company procedures, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
• Operate and clean manufacturing equipment
• Handle materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, or electric dollies
• Label, box, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas
• Report safety or quality concerns to supervisors
• Assist with training and support continuous process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom procedures
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with PPE and industrial cleaning chemicals

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work in cleanroom and freezer environments
• Use of protective equipment including gloves, respirators, safety glasses, and freezer gear may be required

Experience:

• GMP: 1 year (Required)
• Aseptic technique: 1 year (Required)
