Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing control activities to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse teams.
Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to ensure availability and accuracy.
Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with production plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare and analyze production and manufacturing control reports and KPIs.
Support inventory control activities and ensure accurate system updates.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
Lead and guide manufacturing control team members, providing support and performance feedback.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing control, production planning, or operations supervision.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise teams and coordinate across departments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
