Manufacturing Cost & Supply Chain Analyst
This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with data, strengthening operational processes, and collaborating with teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and reliable manufacturing master data to support effective planning, costing, and production.
Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update manufacturing master data in SAP, including BOMs, work centers, and costing views.

Support make/buy analyses and configure master data to execute selected strategies.

Maintain and revise routing instructions provided by Process Engineering within SAP.

Provide accurate and timely cost and lead-time estimates to the Sales team.

Define and validate in-house production times to support capacity planning and scheduling.

Analyze, define, and work to minimize setup and changeover times within assigned work centers.

Establish and maintain economic order quantities, minimum/maximum values, and costing lot sizes.

Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to master data, production times, and material replenishment lead times.

Develop and maintain accurate product costing, including rolling cost updates.

Process Supply Chain Requests (SCRs) related to master data and costing.

Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineering to improve production flow and operational efficiency.

Support quality, safety, and EHS policies.
