Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time opportunity with one of our clients. In this role, you’ll support production and sales teams by developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing systems and processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
• Provide technical support to operations, sales, and production teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead process improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain documentation including work instructions and inspection sheets
• Participate in new product and process development projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with process improvement tools and manufacturing best practices
• CAD and SPC experience a plus
