Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency within our facility. This position requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, as well as experience with various manufacturing technologies and methodologies.

Duties

Develop and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo for designing and modifying production layouts and tooling.
Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to enhance automation in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Understanding with schematics for industrial equipment and assembly line setups.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce cycle times.
Manage scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.

Skills

CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM programming.
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in CNC programming and robotics.
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
Understanding of vision inspection systems for quality control processes.
Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
