Manufacturing Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer that is seeking an eager, self-driven, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join their team! Duties

• Lead small process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide effective troubleshooting and support for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new process and equipment projects.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of manufacturing and process controls.
• Compile standardized documents and perform training on them.
• Coordinate and perform trials in compliance with customer standards.
• Design and execute trials to qualify and evaluate equipment per customer standards.
• Maintain process sheets and customer-specific reports.
• Support plant improvement teams and events.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree within Engineering Discipline or related
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting optimizing/supporting production processes
• 3+ years of equipment troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication skills - proven experience working cross functionally with multiple departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $36.06 - $43.27 per hour
