Currently we have 160 manufacturers and counting around the world.

We’re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Engineer who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, dig into the details, and bring fresh ideas to the manufacturing floor. We are a vertically integrated facility which performs all steps of the manufacturing process from processing raw materials through final assembly.

This is a full-time, year-round, onsite position. You’ll be the go-to for making our processes efficient, reliable, and safe. Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Work side-by-side with the production team to troubleshoot challenges and support production on existing and new products
  • Keep an eye on quality—because "good enough" isn’t in your vocabulary
  • Champion continuous improvement projects that save time, reduce waste, and make our team thrive
  • Selecting, installing, and new manufacturing methods and equipment
  • Design and implement manufacturing tooling to aid fabrication, welding, and inspection
  • Create and maintain CAD models with associated specifications
  • Monitor and help develop Health and Safety programs in accordance with OSHA/MIOSHA requirements for manufacturing environment
  • Develop and implement clear process documentation with an emphasis on expanded quality and safety programs specifically tailored for the new manufacturing processes
  • Work with our manufacturing customers on troubleshooting and quality design
You’ll be successful in this role if -
  • You meet the requirement of having a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and have at least 5 years of prior work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Have prior mechanical, fabrication, assembly, and tooling experience
  • Are a problem-solver who sees opportunity in every challenge
  • You have strong communication skills—because engineers who explain things clearly are heroes and a strong focus is solving problems for our customers
  • Are certified or have strong familiarity with Six Sigma, lean or similar processes
