Manufacturing Engineer

Now, we’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Bowling Green, Ohio.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As part of our dynamic manufacturing team, you’ll drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by:

• Leading engineering projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and capital project management .
• Developing methods, tooling, and techniques to reduce setup times and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshooting machining processes and PLC programs (Siemens & Allen Bradley).
• Implementing cycle time reduction strategies in bottleneck manufacturing cells.
• Managing equipment specifications, installations, and contractor coordination.
• Supporting financial goals through budgeting and project management.
• Leading Kaizen activities and collaborating across all levels to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

🎯 What You’ll Need

• B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume machining, assembly, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Enterprise methodologies .
• Fluency in English and ability to travel/work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (desirable).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MfgPro, Kronos (desirable).
