Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Grand Prairie team. Our team is responsible for applying manufacturing engineering methodologies and skills to meet customer requirements and achieve the goals and objectives of the production program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the process development of multiple mechanical parts relating to an individual program. You will work with shop floor personnel to develop work instructions that are accurate and yield high-quality products, and collaborate with NC programming, Tool Design, Engineering, and shop floor personnel to continuously improve the process.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

Developing work instructions that are accurate and yield high-quality products

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the process

Investigating and identifying root cause for all defects related to the product

Supporting the program needs for delivery of assembled mechanical parts

Coordinating producibility issues between Technical Operations and Production Operations
