Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer – Designer to bridge the gap between product design and production. The ideal candidate will ensure that designs are practical, manufacturable, and meet both quality and safety standards while supporting efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Develop and refine mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Support products through all stages, from concept design to production.
• Conduct design reviews and recommend improvements for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Assist with prototyping, testing, and validation of new or updated designs.

Manufacturing Support

• Collaborate with production teams to optimize designs for fabrication and assembly.
• Provide technical guidance during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues in the production process.
• Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Analysis & Compliance

• Perform engineering calculations and verify designs for accuracy and safety.
• Support testing and performance evaluations of equipment and products.
• Ensure all designs adhere to ISO 9001 standards and relevant engineering codes.
• Maintain precise engineering documentation and version control.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, and assembly techniques.
• Experience with automotive, mobility, or accessibility products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping or 3D printing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• On-site in the factory and engineering office.

• Working hours as per company policy.
