Job Description

You will be the Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Level 1) for the Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for improving the producibility of early designs and creating manufacturing plans and processes that support the evolving demands of the Warfighter.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for developing and executing manufacturing processes that enable efficient, high‑quality production while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and manufacturing feedback on new product designs.

Desired Skills

Experience with the design and manufacturing

of complex electromechanical systems

Experience with mechanical assembly,

manufacturing tooling design, factory design,

and factory flow

Related professional level career experience in

production operations

Experience in the design of manufacturing

processes, procedures, and production layouts

for assemblies, equipment installation,

machining and material handling

Experience working in a Manufacturing shop

floor environment, Machine shop, Electrical shop

or assembly line
