Key Responsibilities:
Conducting and coaching internal assessment .
Developing and following up Master plan and Action Plans for improvement activities.
KPIs monitoring and Reporting.
Developing the execution of 5S system.
Conducting new employees’ induction, orientation, and awareness.
Developing and leading CI training program to driving continuous improvement.
Leading targeted improvement projects to address improvements across all functions.
Supporting the development of company standards and best practices.
Ensuring various operational excellence programs are implemented as per the plan.
Evaluating plan and implementing Operational Excellence standards in processes and practices.
Preparing training/awareness materials, train the functions/departments/ teams/ employees.
Leading the change initiatives with humility guide the departments to achieve perfection in attaining high quality processes.
Implementing the continuous improvement strategy and managing implementation deliverables.
Working with process owners to identify improvement areas and creating structured plans to address undesirable performance.
