We are looking for the Manufacturing Executive who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in the field of production
• Preferably experienced in SAP and proficient in MS Office applications
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
• Dynamic, strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and highly organized
• Able to work actively in the production field
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or in the Kocaeli area

What will you be doing as the Manufacturing Executive at Adel?

• Develop and sustain factory processes, and establish new processes when needed
• Take an active role in high-performance culture, total productive maintenance (lean manufacturing), occupational safety, continuous flow, and quality initiatives
• Execute cost-reducing and efficiency-improving development projects; participate in new machinery, equipment, and product development activities
• Lead and manage the production team when required
• Actively participate in lean manufacturing activities
• Implement improvement projects in mechanical and electronic areas
• Conduct process acceleration and optimization activities
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production targets
• Prepare and deliver necessary reports to upper management
• Manage outsourced production units and ensure their performance
• Actively contribute to occupational safety, legal compliance, and quality standards in production activities
• Improve production processes by implementing cost-reducing and efficiency-enhancing projects
• Ensure coordination and accurate information flow with related departments (planning, procurement, production, quality control, logistics, etc.) within the outsourcing management process
• Prepare and publish the necessary reports for monitoring the outsourcing management process
