Manufacturing Intern

• Assist with 5S project implementation and visual controls: Participate in Lean initiatives including 5S, value stream mapping, and waste reduction
• Assist with Manufacturing Administrative Duties
• Assist with monthly safety requirements
• Analyze production data (scrap, downtime, OEE, throughput) and develop improvement recommendations
• Assist in manufacturing workstation optimization
• Assist with culture rollout initiatives
• Assist all support departments as needed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable working on the production floor
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred:

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Experience with data visualization or basic statistical analysis
