He will be responsible for managing and driving the administration and security organization in the Site. Install, maintain, and repair internal Admin , soft services & Canteen equipment. Supervise employees who perform the maintenance and soft service operations. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the entire canteen administration in the location independently, under the guidance of the Site HR Head, Ensure employee grievances and complaints w.r.t. Canteen are resolved immediately.

Develop and Implement robust systems for employees transport system in Site & Cab management and adherence to legal requirements

Handle Hotel arrangements for Customers and Expats travelling to the unit & responsible for complete arrangements for annual events, conferences, seminars and other functions from time to time .

Analyzing the need, developing and executing the support systems and putting in place required systems for services like housekeeping, pantry operations& office stationery.

Plan, organize, direct and control the work activities of the team members in order to provide prompt and efficient services to internal customers

Ensure that All soft services equipment and tools are in good condition for use. Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.

Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Admin & Maintenance. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience) with experience level of 5-7years in manufacturing industry.
