We are currently seeking a strong, results-driven Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Rowlett, Texas . What You’ll Do

As the Manufacturing Manager , you will provide leadership for assigned production departments to ensure on-time delivery, high product quality, and operational efficiency . This role plays a critical part in driving performance through lean manufacturing, disciplined production processes, effective resource planning, and strong people leadership.

🏭 Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations
• Plan and manage plant capacity and production resources
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Serve as a champion for Lean and operational excellence
• Support plant KPIs and Shop Floor Management objectives
• Lead problem-solving efforts and cost-reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety programs
• Participate in safety committees and incident investigations
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to optimize product and process integration
• Oversee resource planning, capital planning, and facility improvements
• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and production costs
• Lead and develop supervisors and production teams
• Foster employee engagement, accountability, and long-term job satisfaction
• Support cross-plant collaboration and best-practice sharing

Leadership Responsibilities👥 Team Leadership & Development

• Provide overall direction and coordination of manufacturing teams
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate supervisory staff
• Assign work, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues
• Promote a safe, respectful, and productive workplace
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or currently working toward a degree
• Minimum 6 years of progressive manufacturing experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of production processes and operational management
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Black Belt and/or Six Sigma Black Belt

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
