Our brand-new, 360,000-square-foot Asian-style food manufacturing facility in Sioux Falls, SD, is taking shape — and we're ramping up hiring for key roles. We are hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead efficient staffing, production, quality, and safety across the operation. This role drives employee development, ensures consistent policy and cost control and solves daily operational issues to maintain highest performance.

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Years of Related Experience: 5-7 years related experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to interpret avariety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Intermediate personal computer skillsincluding MicroSoft Office. SAP experience beneficial. Ability to effectively supervise employees as well as provideleadership and direction. Strong communication and reasoning skills to provide a positive work environment.
