Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Monitor production plans and ensure monthly targets are achieved with high efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and manage teams across production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse.
  • Control raw materials, manage inventory, and reduce waste & operational costs.
  • Implement and maintain food safety & quality systems (HACCP – ISO 22000).
  • Develop preventive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance.
  • Coordinate with top management (Head Office – SODIC, Sheikh Zayed) on reports, budgets, and operational plans.
  • Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a safe and disciplined work environment.

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Production) or Industrial Management (or equivalent).

10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing.

Minimum 5 years in factory management.

Experience in pickled & preserved food industry is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
