Manufacturing Mechanic

Manufacturing mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all assets in the production facility including preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient plant operations. Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and repairing the machinery in a timely manner. Performing planned and unplanned work. Suggest design improvements and process changes to improve overall production. Mush have working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pnemataics, electrical and PLC.

Qualifications

High school diploma

prior maintenance experience is requires ( 2 years preferred)

able to lift 50 lbs or more

strong trouble shooting skills

work in a team environment

Plant is located in Waynesboro VA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
