BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Workplace Coach (Level 3/4) to support the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) onsite in Everett, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communicatio

  • 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in wire bundle shelf and panel fabrication in the ESRC or a direct supplier of Boein

Summary Pay Range:

Experienced (Level 3): $87,550 - $118,450

Senior (Level 4): $106,250 - 143,750
