About The role :
We are seeking a
Manufacturing Planning & Control Engineer
to manage production planning for aircraft assembly operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow, meet delivery timelines, and maintain quality standards..
Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain integrated master production schedules aligned with program milestones and delivery timelines

Create detailed work packages and sequence assembly operations to optimize flow, takt time, and resource utilization

Convert demand plans into production orders, material requirements, and capacity plans
-
Identify and manage constraints across materials, tooling, manpower, and engineering issues; drive recovery plans as required
-
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of materials and line-side readiness

Monitor schedule performance (OTD, plan adherence) and implement corrective actions for variances
-
Support rework and planning adjustments resulting from engineering changes

Maintain accurate planning data within ERP/MRP systems
-
Lead or support daily/weekly production meetings and communicate status to stakeholders
-
Ensure compliance with aviation quality standards (AS9100/ISO) and EHS requirements
Requirements :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related discipline)

Minimum
5 years of experience
in manufacturing planning, production control, or industrial engineering

Experience within aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

Strong understanding of production planning, assembly processes, and configuration/change management

Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production and capacity data
-
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
